Delete Your Aurea Shield Account
Aurea Shield is published by Aurea Technology. Deleting your account removes cloud identity and associated synced data after verification and approval. Data only on your phone remains until you uninstall or clear it.
What is deleted
- Your cloud account (email / sign-in identity)
- Synced health records linked to that account
- Cloud care links and messages tied to the account
What may be retained when legally required
- Limited security, fraud-prevention, or billing records required by law or Google Play
- Emails you already sent to support until the request is closed
How long deletion may take
Verified web requests are queued as pending until an admin approves them, then processed as soon as practical (typically within 30 days of approval). You will receive a reply at the account email when the request is approved, rejected, or completed.
In-app option
Open Aurea Shield → More → Delete account when signed in.
Submit a verified deletion request
Enter the email and password for your Aurea Shield account. We verify the login, create a pending request for admin approval, and notify support. Your password is never emailed. Deletion does not start until an admin approves.
